Terms of sale


The following disposals establish the General Terms of sale to which the Booking Department of “Quintessence Immo Maroc” is subject to.

1. Subject

“Quintessence Immo Maroc” is a property Management and Rental agency in Morocco whose headquarters are in Assif B, N° 31, 40000 – Marrakech. All requests for bookings and reservations made on its website:“www.quintessence-maroc.com” are subject to the Terms of sale listed below.

2. Booking

Upon the reception of your deposit, “Quintessence Immo Maroc” will send you, by e-mail, a Voucher to confirm definitively your stay.

3. Cancellation

Each hotel has its own cancellation dispositions in case of a previously confirmed reservation. We therefore strongly advise you to read the last ones set on our website before making a booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be irrevocably linked to those cancellation dispositions. In case of cancellation, we advise you to directly contact us as soon as possible to minimize penalties and fees that you will be charged.

4.Rates

Prices shown are per room, VAT and breakfast included (unless otherwise specified) and are generally based on the price of a room in single or double occupancy excluding tourist tax (8 Dirham’s per night per person for guesthouses of Second Category and 11 Dirham’s per night per person for guesthouses of First Category).

“Quintessence Immo Maroc SARL” engaged not to propose prices higher than public ones in hotels or guesthouses.

5. Payment terms

To confirm a reservation, “Quintessence Immo Maroc” will ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the quotation.

However and according to villas or riads, the deposit may be higher; the sum must be paid either by bank transfer made to the order of “Quintessence Immo Maroc” or by Pay Pal.

6. Formalities

For a stay in Morocco and before going on trip, it belongs to the client to check that his papers are in order with local authorities for police formalities (visa and passport), and customs or health requirements.

If boarding or access to the country of destination was denied to the client, “Quintessence Immo Maroc” could not be held liable for it.

7.Litigation

In case of dispute between “Quintessence Immo Maroc” and the client, any possible claim must be addressed within an irrevocable period of thirty (30) days after the departure of the customer.

If the amicable agreement is not possible, all disputes will litigated before the competent courts of Marrakech.

In case of disputes between the supplier and the customer, “Quintessence Immo Maroc” could not be held responsible for it.
